SALEWA Alpine-Tec Ice Pick

<p>The Alpine-Tec ice axe by Salewa is a versatile ice axe with an aggressive 3 mm blade for alpine mountaineering, classic alpinism and glacier tours – thanks to the curved shaft made of anodised aluminium and the easily adjustable hand rest, it can also be steep.</p><p>An ergonomically shaped head fits snugly in your hand when you use it in the snow and comes with an opening for attaching a carabiner. A sharp, replaceable carbide tip at the end of the shaft provides grip in the snow and also comes with a carabiner opening. The sharpened tip is ideal for stepped turns.</p><p>The Alpine-Tec is compatible with the self-locking hand rest and leash from Salewa.</p>
